Even for the second novel in this trilogy, the greatness of the protagonists, and even a new plot of characters, does not budge in the slightest. Hodges remains the same, with his elderly coolness and slight detective swagger. Finders Keepers is Hodges and his new accomplice’s way of still fighting crime; and just as a new crime is brewing too. With a new villain and new crimes to be committed, this book is sickeningly awesome, with each new detail making the reader not just want but need to know more. The book is fluent with a plot that can continue to flow with more in the small trilogy.
