Professor Charles Cranfield takes a fresh look at some important questions currently in debate. Several of these essays are previously unpublished.Subjects include, for example, what Paul meant by "the works of law;" whether his meaning in the words "pistis Christou" was "faith in Christ" or "Christ's faith;" whether the old Testament law has a continuing place in the life of the Christian church.
