Description
Joe O'Loughlin fails to stop a distraught woman from jumping from a bridge high above a flooded gorge. He is shattered by the suicide and haunged by his failure until the woman's teenage daughter finds him and reveals that her mother was terrified of heights and would never have committed suicide like that. With that information, Joe is ompelled to investigate.
